# KYC Verification on Projects

‘Know-Your-Customer’ (KYC) is an identity verification process for project owners who wants to launch their tokens on HODLPad. It primarily intends to prevent fraud, guarantee compliance with international regulations, and help HODLPad safely onboard only credible projects.
